The girl at this point goes ballistic and she massacres him as well with kicks, punches, slaps and she knocks him down with a stone. She pushed them in the car and she leaves to finish them off..

When finally they put an end to his agony, as they suffocate him deadly with their feet and they cover his body with a white sheet the film ends with the cleaning woman of this clinic of horrors that walks on his corpse joyfully…
